FUN FACT!!!

The water is killing the fish!!  If you listen carefully you can hear the fish pleading “HELP ME!!!”  as they suffocate slowly towards certain death!!

I am pretty sure that you have seen a “fish kill” before.  Besides the obvious stench that goes along with the rotting flesh of so many fish, there is a process that is going on in the water itself.  The gases from the rotting fish flesh changes the pH which facilitates the overgrowth of algae, the algae overgrowth aggressively sucks the oxygen from the water leaving the water incompatible with the normal environment of the marine ecosystem.   THIS PROCESS IS CALLED EUTROPHICATION!
