The first meeting of the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was held at the Environment Division on 18 December. The first meeting served as an introducing to the TAC and formalizes the terms of reference for this community.
The TAC is comprised of several government entities and NGO wish will work together to insure the efficiencies, efficacies and effectiveness of a project specifically related to environmental issues.
The comity meets quarterly however during this initial face they will meet monthly.
